Moretown Development Review Board Review of the Rivers Development, LLC Rock Quarry Application No. 24-04
12/10/04: The Rivers Development LLC Quarry application has been denied by the Moretown Development Review Board!
- 6-1 denied on water issue;
- 4-3 denied on other issues.

January 7, 2005: Rivers Development, LLC appealed the DRB decision to the Environmental Court (Docket No. 7-1-05-Vtec). The appellant also filed a 'Motion for Stay' requesting the appeal be delayed until after completion of Act 250 process. This was subsequently granted.
